Dr. Rohit Goyal has done his MBBS and MD in General Medicine from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. He then completed his DM in Gastroenterology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He has worked extensively in the areas of pancreatitis, viral hepatitis and liver fibrosis and has many national and international papers and publications to his credit. Dr. Rohit Goyal is well-versed with all aspects of Gastroenterology. He has performed over 4000 UGI endoscopy, colonoscopy and ERCP procedures including polypectomy, variceal band ligation, stricture dilatation, achalasia dilatation, endoscopic therapy for Gastrointestinal bleeding, foreign body removal, stenting for GI cancers, endoscopic cyst drainage and biliary procedures. Further, he has considerable experience with double balloon enteroscopy, capsule endoscopy, intra-operative enteroscopy, endoscopic management of obesity, liver fibrosis assessment, HVPG, and esophageal and anorectal manometry.
